Civil Aviation College in accordance with the school doctoral student enrollment re-test work arrangements, combined with the actual situation of college enrollment work, specially formulated this program.
First, the organization
The Civil Aviation Academy has established a leading group for the admission of doctoral students, consisting of the dean of the college, the vice-president of graduate work, the deputy secretary of student work, etc., which is responsible for formulating specific plans for the re-test work, validate the members of the re-test team, and deal with the challenges and complaints raised by the candidates during the re-test process. The group leader and members of the retest expert group shall be composed of senior title teachers, with one team leader and one full-time secretary, who shall be responsible for the record and arrangement of the retest. And set up a steering group, the group leader by the college party committee responsible for comrades, the college re-test the whole process of supervision, to ensure that the procedure is standardized, fair and transparent.

2, environmental requirements
The candidate's retest site requires a relatively quiet, independent and bright light, and there must be no references or personnel associated with the retest. Candidates enter the retry site, through the 360-degree rotating camera to show their surroundings, the retry secretary approved before the beginning of the interview assessment.
3, hardware equipment requirements
Laptops/desktops with camera and microphone/handset capabilities for stable transmission of picture (video) and audio (dialogue) are required and the network environment is stable. Depending on your location's network, you can select a wired network, wireless network, or mobile data hotspot.

Fourth, the re-test work arrangements
Schedule: July 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m
The interview content includes ideological and political assessment, professional foreign language level level, professional comprehensive ability assessment and other three aspects, each part of the full score of 100 points. The total time for each candidate to retry remotely is not less than 30 minutes. The sequence and requirements for the retry are as follows:
1. Ideological and political assessment (10% of the total score of the retry)
Assessment content: a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's ideological and political quality and moral quality, including the candidate's ideology, political attitude and legal literacy, to examine the candidate's knowledge of political theory and the ability to use theoretical knowledge to analyze practical problems.
2. Professional foreign language level assessment (20% of the total score of the retry)
Assessment content: a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's professional foreign language level and listening and hearing ability, assessment of the candidate's foreign language professional literature reading and understanding ability.
3. Professional comprehensive ability assessment (70% of the total score of the retry)
Assessment content: a comprehensive assessment of the basic theoretical knowledge of the subject and the ability to master the application of skills, the use of the theoretical analysis and problem-solving skills, the development of the discipline of understanding, the potential for development in the professional field and its scientific research ability and level, while also paying attention to the examination of the candidate's innovative spirit and innovation ability.
4. Retry process
The secretary invited the candidates to enter the interview panel interface, introduce the members of the retry experts, candidates data examination (holding my original identity card, "Northwestern University of Technology School of Civil Aviation 2020 Fall Ph.D. entrance examination re-test informed commitment" is on the screen to accept the qualification examination, by the retry secretary video screenshots and retained. V. Admission work
1. The total admission score is calculated
The total score of the retry was 10% and the professional foreign language level assessment score was 20%.

2. Admission principle
According to the total admission results from high to low order of merit-based admission. Those who fail the political and ideological examination, the ideological and political quality and moral quality assessment are not admitted, those who have a total admission score of less than 60 points are not admitted, and those who are found to be in violation of discipline in the retest shall not be admitted.
Within 3 months of admission to the Ph.D. students to be admitted in 2020, we will conduct a comprehensive review of all candidates. The review includes full-caliber photo review, document review, file review, qualification review, household registration review, and sample professional competence review. Upon the end of the review process, the school will issue a formal processing document on the disqualification of students who are not eligible for the review. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation and treatment.

Sixth, the candidate retry discipline
1. Candidates need to clearly reveal the five officials, not intentionally cover the face, ears and other parts, during the retry shall not wear hats, sunglasses, masks, etc., to ensure identification and retry the whole process of real-time monitoring;
2. The retry process shall not use beauty and filters, I will make the entire appearance and put my hands in front of the screen, not to leave the seat in the middle, unrelated personnel may not appear in the examination area, otherwise it is considered a violation of discipline, directly cancel the retry qualification.
3. It is strictly forbidden for candidates to cheat and cheat on beta, and once confirmed, they will be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for the Handling of Violations of the National Education Examination and the Interim Measures for the Handling of Admissions Violations in General Higher Education Institutions, depending on the seriousness of the circumstances.
4. During the retry process, it is strictly prohibited for candidates to record and video the retry process, it is strictly prohibited to upload the relevant information of the retry to the network or provide it to the relevant training institutions, once confirmed, it will be disqualified from the retry and the relevant responsibility will be investigated.
5. The outstanding matters shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the school and the college.
Seven, medical examination
During the epidemic prevention and control period, in order to ensure the life and health and safety of candidates, our school 2020 doctoral student entrance examination physical examination and freshmen entrance examination combined. Those who fail the medical examination are disqualified from admission.
Eight, information disclosure
The Programme of Work for the Retry of the Civil Aviation Academy is publicly available on the College's website, and the proposed admission list is published on the Civil Aviation Academy website on 7 July 2020 and is not less than 10 working days. The list shall not be modified during the publicity period, and if there is any change in the list, the change part shall be explained and the contents of the change shall be published separately for 10 working days. Candidates who have not been publicized shall not be admitted and shall not be registered as students.
